This round medal with a satin finish is crafted in 9-carat yellow gold. It shows a veiled Madonna with head bowed in prayer surrounded by a halo.

The edge of the medal is polished. The diameter is 16 millimetres. It is topped with an oval pendant ring. Its average weight is 1.40 grams.
